The movement that started in Philadelphia will hit the West Coast in 2013. Join us in a little celebration (feel free to dance or run in place) as we announce Los Angeles as BoMF’s eleventh US city!

One of the biggest partners of Back on My Feet Los Angeles is ACE Cash Express, a company that supports our organization financially as well as teaches financial literacy to the BoMF Residential Members in Dallas-Ft. Worth.

The Stroehmann Back on My Feet 20in24 Race Challenge started in Philadelphia in 2008. In May, runners in the Austin, TX area will have the opportunity to compete in the Back on My Feet in24 Austin Race Challenge Presented by ACE Cash Express. This is a 24-hour, ongoing event and there’s a race for everyone! Register now for the Back on My Feet Lone Ranger Ultra-Marathon, Five-Person Relay Challenge, Sunset Run and Pajama Loop. Back on My Feet is thrilled to welcome Kelly King, President – South Central Region, AT&T Mobility & Consumer Markets, as the new Chairman of the National Board of Directors. Kelly has served as a BoMF Board Member for one year and brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to the position. He also served on the board of directors for the Special Olympics of Southern California and the Boy Scouts of America. In 2010, he was named to the list of Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Center.
As Kelly takes on this new role, we gratefully thank Larry Solomon, COO, Human Resources, Accenture, for his tremendous three years of service as the Chairman of the Board. Under Larry’s Chairmanship, Back on My Feet grew to a national organization, increased the number of active Residential Members in the program and secured additional resources for Members including training and job partners. Larry will continue to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors.
